Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

A growing private CRNA-led group is seeking a Chief CRNA for a leadership role in northwest Virginia , just over an hour from Washington, D.C. This position is based at a Level II Trauma Center and a nearby 3-OR ambulatory surgery center , operating in a care team model alongside 40+ CRNAs and MDs.

Position Highlights:

• Monday-Friday schedule (4x10s)
• No call, no weekends
• Leadership role with practice management support (scheduling, HR, analytics)
• Part of a growing network of locally owned and managed CRNA practices

Financial Package:

• $450,000 first-year package
• 8 weeks PTO
