  • June: 1-7. July 8-12. Ongoing weekly.
• Length of Assignment: Ongoing
• Shift Hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
• Call Ratio: Yes. Schedule - every 4th night. Beeper- 30 minutes response time.
• Call Hours: 4 PM - 7 AM
• Case Mix: GS, Ortho, URO, Opthalmology, VAS, Dental, ENT, POD. Must be proficient in Spinals, blocks and epidurals.
• # of ORs: 3
• Staff: 4 providers on floor during day
• Supervision and Ratio: All CRNA practice. No supervision.
• Active License
• Credentialing Time Frame: 60-90 days
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
