Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job details:

• Autonomy: CRNAs handle their own pre-ops, build their own cases, and perform regional anesthesia
• Support: Work under hospital bylaws, no chart review or direct MD supervision
• Mentorship: Ideal for CRNAs looking to grow toward full independence

Ideal Candidates Will:

• Iowa and/ or Wisconsin licensure
• Value independence, efficiency, and a team-first environment
• Be comfortable in low-acuity, fast-paced surgical settings
• Have interest or foundational training in regional anesthesia

Schedule:

• ASC: Monday Friday, 7 AM 5 PM (most days end by 3 PM)
• Standard hospital schedule: 7:00/7:30 AM 4:00 PM (no call during regular shifts)
• Call schedule: 24-hour call, with availability ranging from 1:4 to 1:8

Locations:

• Hazel Green, WI ASC: Medicare-accredited, low-acuity, growing volume, 3 ORs (2 typically in use)
• Dubuque, IA Hospital: Bread-and-butter cases including spine, established relationship, autonomous environment
