Job Responsibilities:

• Must be able to float between two locations, typically informed the day before if reassigned.
• Most shifts range from 8 to 10 hours; open to 12, 16, or even 24-hour shifts.
• Available later shifts (3 p.m. 11 p.m.) and weekend shifts.
• Work within a supervised CRNA model with a 4:1 patient ratio.
• Responsible for own arterial line placements.
• Provide anesthesia primarily for neuro, endoscopy, and radiology cases, with limited pediatric cases.
• Manage a workload of 36-46 cases total per day between both locations; approximately 15-20 cases per site.
• Maintain a clean background and a strong commitment to patient care and safety.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified CRNA (REQUIRED)
• Active Michigan license (REQUIRED)
• Clean background (REQUIRED)
• ACLS & BLS certifications through AHA (REQUIRED)
• PALS certification (REQUIRED)
• Preference for candidates with availability for full-time work.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Must possess an active license to practice in Michigan.
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS are mandatory.
• Background checks will be conducted; a clean record is essential.
