Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Facility:

This is a multi-facility healthcare system with locations across the Tucson area, including Oro Valley, Sahuarita, and multiple sites in Tucson. The system features modern operating rooms and offers a diverse range of surgical services. Providers will be cross-credentialed to work at all locations within the network, providing variety and flexibility in work environment.

Opportunity: CRNA - Nurse Anesthetist

This position offers CRNAs the opportunity to practice across multiple facilities in the Tucson metropolitan area. The role requires independent practice abilities and proficiency in performing peripheral nerve blocks, with exposure to a diverse surgical caseload including complex orthopedics, vascular procedures, and neurosurgical spine cases.

Job Details:

• Must be NBCRNA certified with at least one year of experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certification required (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Active Arizona license required
• Coverage includes multiple facilities within the network
• Must be comfortable practicing independently
• Proficiency in peripheral nerve blocks required with documented case logs
• Experience with complex orthopedic and vascular cases
• Spine neurosurgical case experience needed
• Skills in regional anesthesia, spinal and epidural techniques preferred
• Typical caseload is approximately 5 patient encounters per shift
• Position requires availability for nights, weekends, and call (except at Sahuarita location)
• Provider must be located outside a 60-mile radius of the facility

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice coverage included.

Estimated Hourly Rate: $200 - $250
