Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Coverage Needed:

• ASAP- Ongoing
• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Clinical Details:

• EMR: Cerner
• CRNA will work under a supervision model
• Surgical cases per day: 7 to 20, depending on case types
• Pain management cases per day: 0 to 10
• OR staff includes a surgeon, CRNA, supervising MDA, RN, scrub tech, and sometimes a first assist or resident
• Patient demographics: pediatric to geriatric, excluding neonates
• Required procedures: general surgical cases for adult and pediatric patients
• Additional procedures: General and IV sedation for plastic, general surgery, robotic surgery, ENT, orthopedic, podiatry
• Flexibility to float to surgery centers if needed

Requirements:

• Board Certified CRNA
• Active MI license
• Clean background
• ACLS & BLS through AHA
• DEA & CSR
• Willingness to perform pediatric cases
• Local providers highly preferred; travel providers considered if travel is included in rate cap
