Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Start Date: 09/01/2025
Contract Length: 6 months
Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts per week
Call required: Yes 1 weekday per week, 1 weekend per month (must be proficient in OB for call)

• Setting: Critical Access Hospital

• Supervision Model: Fully autonomous (1 MD, 4 CRNAs)

• Patient Population: Adults and healthy pediatrics

• Procedures: Spinals, OB, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, Ultrasound-guided procedures

• Preferred Skills: PICC line (preferred, not required)

• Cases: Ortho, General, Podiatry, ENT, Healthy Peds, Urology, OB/GYN, Occasional Endoscopy (No Heads, Hearts, or Spine)

• ORs: 3 ORs + Cysto + Endoscopy Suite

• Case Volume: 5 20 cases/day (including Endo & Cataracts)

• EMR: Epic

• Malpractice & travel covered
