Start Date: September 8, 2025
Shift Options:
• 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
• 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
• 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
• 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
Schedule: Approx. 40 hours/week
Facility Details:
• 11 ORs in the main hospital, 2 in the ambulatory center
• Volume: cases per day
• Case Types: Ortho, ortho trauma, general surgery, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy
• EMR: Cerner
Requirements:
• Active Arizona license
• BLS or ACLS (required)
• Credentialing: 30 days
