- Other Details: The facility is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. There are an average of 5 patients per shift and 4 ORs. CRNAs must hold an active Arizona license and be willing to be credentialed and work at multiple locations, including providing call coverage at various sites. Candidates must live more than 60 miles from the facility. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and take call, though no nights or call are required at one specific location. Applicants must be certified by the NBCRNA with at least one year of experience, and must hold current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications from the AHA or American Red Cross. CRNAs must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks; training will not be provided, and case logs of blocks performed must be submitted.
