Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near West Lafayette, IN.

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 07:00 to 15:00.
• No Call.
• Cases: General, GI, Cath Lab, Peds.
• Required Specialty Skills: General Anesthesia, Adult, Trauma, Spinal Anesthesia, Neurosurgical cases, Head, Spine, Thoracic cases (except open heart), Complex vascular cases (except open heart), Complex orthopedic cases, Pain management techniques, Ventilation management, Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues, Central Line placement, Arterial Line placement, PA Catheter placement, CRNA supervision.
• Preferred Specialty Skills: Neonatal.
• Practice Settings: Outpatient, Inpatient.
• ABLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS.
• Level 3 Trauma.
• EMR System: Cerner.
• Credentialing: 90 days.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
