Chair Side General Dentist + Dental Director - Crescent City, CA

This is a full\-time, salaried Chair Side <\/b><\/span><\/u><\/span>General Dentist<\/span><\/u><\/span><\/b> position with the opportunity to make a lasting impact on oral health access in our community.<\/span><\/u><\/span>

Preferred Qualifications<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Active California Dental License<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred<\/span><\/span><\/b>
  <\/li>
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Prior experience working with Medi\-Cal patients<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Credentialed with Medi\-Cal or eligible for credentialing<\/span><\/span><\/b>
  <\/li>
• Passion for serving under served and rural communities<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li> <\/ul>

  Position Overview<\/span><\/span><\/b>
  <\/p>

  • Director will be required to work chair side<\/b> with administrative duties <\/u><\/span><\/span>allowed <\/u><\/span><\/span><\/b>within the directors chair side schedule to manage their additional duties<\/u><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Schedule:<\/span><\/span><\/b> rotating 12 hours shifts. This unique rotation provides dentists with 7 days off between their rotations<\/u><\/b>.  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Providing direct patient care, including hygiene services in the initial phase<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Overseeing and mentoring staff dentists<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Conducting quarterly chart audits to ensure quality and compliance<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborating with clinic leadership to shape and expand dental services
    <\/span><\/span>

    • Salary range:<\/span><\/span><\/b> $225,000 per year<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Incentive bonus based on patient volume<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Stipend paid per dentist the director oversees<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Relocation reimbursement up to $9,000<\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
