$120,000.00-$150,000.00

• Maintain service in order to provide quality patient care.
• Assist and interact with Attending Staff with the care of patients.

• Assist The Department of Medicine with ongoing reduction of Length of Stay.
• Chart Review, Abnormal Lab evaluation, X-Ray reports and medication renewals.

Maintain the delivery of quality care, ensure a.m. educational environment for the
MSA's, assist, etc.
• The satisfaction of the patients and the MD's using the AO service; continued
reduction in Length of Stay on the AO Service.

• Introduce new policy and procedures to staff; and also to question staff periodically

regarding content of the policy; and also to question staff regarding assess. Chart
reviews and minimum standards on practitioners working in the clinic.

• To differentiate between normal and abnormal findings in the assessment of the
patient in order to detect changes in patient status.
• Patients will be treated in an appropriate fashion. Plan of care will be adjusted as a result of assessment.

• To comply with JCAHO requirements and promote quality of care.
• Publications accepted on the continued need for quality assurance. Reports prepared
as a result of committee meetings.
• Prepare monthly quality assurance, education reports.
