Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dentist in Crescent City, California.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Mission-driven outpatient dentistry opportunity serving both pediatric and adult populations within a collaborative team-based environment

• Opportunity to practice in one of California’s most scenic coastal communities surrounded by redwood forests and Pacific Ocean views

• Base compensation up to $250,000
• Additional 10% salary differential for this location
• $15,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $20,000 relocation support available

• Flexible schedule options including four 10-hour shifts

• $5,000 annual professional expense card including licensing, DEA, CE, and custom-fitted loupes
• Established dental team with collaborative support structure

SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Option for 5x8 schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Option for 4x10 schedule (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Approximately 50/50 pediatric and adult patient mix
• Team-based care environment with strong support staff

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services for pediatric and adult patients
• Perform routine and complex procedures including extractions and molar procedures
• Collaborate closely with dental support staff and multidisciplinary teams
• Refer complex pediatric cases internally when appropriate
• Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base salary range: $201,000 – $250,000
• 10% geographic salary differential for Crescent City location
• $15,000 sign-on bonus
• $10,000 relocation reimbursement
• Additional $10,000 relocation support for parent or in-law relocation
• 29 days paid time off including CME, holidays, and sick time
• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Loan repayment eligibility through NHSC and federal programs
• Laptop and cell phone provided
• $5,000 annual professional expense card
• Strong onboarding and mentorship support

• DDS or DMD REQUIRED
• Active California dental license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
• Comfortable treating both pediatric and adult patients REQUIRED
• Experience with extractions and complex procedures preferred
• Commitment to mission-driven and community-focused dentistry REQUIRED
• Team-oriented approach to patient care REQUIRED
