Salary: $260,000 Full-Time W2 or $344,000 Full-Time 1099 ($185/hr)

Work Hours: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM (CRNA only model)

Job Brief: Join our team as a CRNA at our Endoscopy Center in South Bend, Indiana. This position offers a significant hourly rate, a comfortable work schedule, and the opportunity to work independently in a 4-room center, with each room handling about 11 cases per day. Our center is known for its focus on providing excellent patient care in a modern and efficient medical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia and provide care before, during, and after endoscopic procedures.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients throughout the procedure.
• Work autonomously, managing the anesthesia care of patients independently.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Certified as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
• Valid Indiana nursing license.
• Experience in an endoscopy or similar setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
