• Board Certified National Board CRNA
• Start ASAP for ongoing need
• Site is looking for Oct & Nov dates - open to provider availability
• Cases: general, urology, trauma, neuro, gyn, gyn-on, ortho, ortho trauma, gen EP, GI
• Epic experience highly preferred
• Active NE license (open to considering candidate who need to obtain), clean malpractice/background
