- Worksite Setting: Outpatient - 4 locations
- Scope of Work: Cases including ortho with pain blocks, spine, gyn, general, ENT, GI and interventional pulmonary, Robotic bronchoscopy independent practice model, Diverse case types (peds, ENT, vascular, general surgery, orthopedic, gynecology, regional opportunities, urology)
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active WI License, ACLS, DEA
- EMR: Epic
