CRNAs NEEDED - START $240/hr

Location: Minnesota Start Date: December 8, 2025 Contract Type: Ongoing Credentialing Timeframe: Days

Position Overview

We re seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a high-performing care team at a Level III tertiary hospital. This is a flexible, ongoing contract with competitive pay and a supportive clinical environment.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $240/hr

  • Eligible for $10/hr increase after 6 months

• Minimum Commitment:

  • 2 weeks/month

  • 36 hours/week

• Paid Orientation: 2 days

• Shift Options: 8, 10, 12, or 16 hours

  • Typical start time: 6:30 AM

  • End times vary: 3 PM, 5 PM, 7 PM, or 8 PM

• Call Opportunities (Optional):

  • 12-hour beeper call on select Saturdays

  • 8-hour weeknight call

  • Occasional overnight shifts (weeknights/weekends) welcomed but not required

Practice Environment

• Setting: Hospital Tertiary Facility (Level III)

• Team Model: 4:1 Care Team

• Support: 24/7 Anesthesia Aide Department

• EMR: Epic

• Patient Population: Ages 12+

• Special Procedures: Specialized care

  • Note: CRNAs do not perform blocks, a-lines, epidurals, or spinals

Requirements

• Active RN license Minnesota Board of Nursing

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Minnesota Board of Nursing

• ACLS/BLS (Tier 2 Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Required upon hire

• Minimum 1 year of experience
