The CX Pharmacist Manager will perform duties as outlined in the
Pharmacist Job Description. In addition, they will provide leadership to
assigned pharmacy staff, provide a supportive environment for the best
patient care, and act as a liaison between staff and upper management. The
Pharmacist Manager shows commitment to the pharmacy's mission and
goals of Belmar Pharma Solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages CX Pharmacist personnel and supports technicians.
- Coordinates CX Pharmacist workflow- phones, problems, voicemails,
- and patient counseling. Participating in workflow as necessary.
- Committed to providing excellent customer service and clinical support to
- our providers and patients.
- Helps in the CX standardization process and implementation of corporate
- initiatives onsite.
- Works in partnership with Operations, Compliance, and Sales.
- Helps to coordinate and lead team and staff CX pharmacist meetings.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks on time in a fast-paced
- and changing environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- Demonstrates leadership by example in projecting a positive attitude.
- Assists with clinical and non-clinical complaint analysis and may
- participate in monthly CQI meetings with Quality and PICβs.
- Obtain and maintain additional state licenses required by the pharmacy.
- Supervises direct reports.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
