Dental Hygienist

Experience Requirements:

• Excellent understanding of dental hygiene procedures
• Ability to complete comprehensive periodontal assessments and educate patient's on state of oral health.
• Ability to capture x-rays of diagnostic quality in an efficient time manner. 
• Knowledge of aseptic and sterilization techniques
•  In-depth knowledge of OSHA and HIPPA understanding that complies with Alabama Dental Board guidelines
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Excellent customer service required to ensure patients feel welcome to decrease any dental anxiety.  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Certification Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Valid Alabama state license
• Valid CPR certification

Hygienist are eligible for bonus incentives at certain locations. 

Successful candidates are motivated, detail-oriented, and self starters with high initiative. 

* Hours: Monday- Wednesday 7:45am to 5:00pm Thursday 7:45am to 2:00pm
* Hourly rate: Fair Market Value; Commensurate with experience
