Webster Lake Dental is looking for a full time Dental Hygienist to join our team. Our dental office has a friendly, small-town atmosphere and the team is fully committed to providing outstanding personalized care.  

As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and service to our patients, helping to create healthier smiles every day. 

Our Hygienists earn an hourly wage with an uncapped bonus potential.

What you will be doing:

• Delivering quality patient care to every patient
• Performing dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
• Conducting patient assessments to determine oral health conditions and identify any issues or concerns
• Taking and recording patients' vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse rate
• Educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and providing recommendations for at-home care
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record systems such as Open Dental
• Following infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
• Collaborating with the dental team to develop and implement treatment plans for patients
• Maintaining a caring and friendly environment

Qualifications you bring:

• Valid state license as a Dental Hygienist
• Knowledge of dental office procedures and practices
• Familiarity with medical coding and billing processes
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients
• Attention to detail to accurately assess patient conditions and document findings
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals
