Salary and Benefits
- Salary range of $200,000 to $230,000 annually, depending on experience
- Eligible for up to $20,000 sign-on bonus
- Relocation assistance available (preloaded if needed)

- Flexible schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 10-hour shifts
- No weekends, minimal or no on-call
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services for adult patients (approximately 95% adults)
- See approximately 2 patients per hour
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums
- Perform routine cleanings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and other general dental procedures
- Collaborate with local medical center for surgical or complex dental cases
- Maintain accurate patient records using EMR
- Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Work closely with 2 hygienists, dental techs, and the Dental Director
- Foster a team-oriented, patient-centered environment
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Clear and active license to practice dentistry in the state of New Mexico (or ability to obtain)
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- DEA license and current CPR certification
- Commitment to serving underserved populations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Eligible for NHSC loan repayment program (preferred but not required)
- Visa sponsorship available (H1B and J1 considered)
