Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dentist in San Jose, California.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient general dentistry role focused on providing comprehensive dental care for patients across all age groups
• Opportunity to practice meaningful community dentistry within a mission-driven healthcare organization serving diverse populations
• Team-supported clinical environment allowing providers to focus on quality patient care and treatment planning
• Integrated care structure supporting restorative dentistry, preventative care, patient education, and long-term oral health outcomes
• San Jose location offering access to one of California’s largest and most diverse healthcare communities

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $169,000 – $191,000
• Sign-on bonus available
• State and HRSA loan repayment eligibility

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• No heavy call structure

ROLE
• Provide outpatient dental services including exams, treatment planning, restorative dentistry, and preventative care
• Perform procedures including extractions and general dental treatments
• Educate patients regarding oral hygiene and long-term oral health maintenance
• Manage daily patient volume averaging 14-16 patients per day
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and support staff within integrated clinical setting
• Maintain patient documentation within established EMR workflows

• Active California Dentist license REQUIRED (DDS or DMD)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience REQUIRED
• Comfortable treating patients across all age groups REQUIRED
• Experience with root canals, crown & bridge, and extractions preferred
• Passion for serving diverse and underserved communities preferred
• Bilingual Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese language skills are a plus
