Coastal Dental Care Runaway Bay is co-owned and managed by our principal Dentist, Dr Will Dear. With the help of a very collaborative Practice Support team, our patients are at the heart of everything we do. Our practice boasts a fresh feel throughout in a standout position at Runaway Bay Centre, providing an environment for you to deliver exceptional support and build long-lasting patient relationships!

The Role

We’re seeking a motivated Dentist to join our passionate team in a PT or FT capacity, working Tuesday to Saturday (half day).

With a loyal patient base and strong clinical demand, you’ll step into busy books and focus on what you do best – delivering high-quality dentistry and building trusted relationships with your patients. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team who value clear communication, clinical excellence and a positive team culture.

Experience is preferred, however a motivated and clinically confident graduate may be considered. If you’re looking to grow your career in a progressive, team-driven practice, we’d love to hear from you!

About You

• 2 years’ experience with strong hands-on skills in general dentistry (preferable)
• AHPRA registration (unrestricted) and appropriate professional indemnity insurance
• Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care
• Confident in case documentation, including basic dental photography
• Passionate about continuous learning and clinical development
• Positive, energetic, and able to build genuine relationships with both patients and the team
