Salary and Benefits

• Base Salary of $175,000
• Potential to earn up to $300,000+ with production
• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
• $2,000 annually for Continuing Education
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Occasional emergency call after hours, if needed
• 401k

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental procedures, including exams, cleanings, restorations, and extractions
• Provide comprehensive treatment planning and patient education
• Maintain accurate, thorough patient records and uphold high standards of care
• Work collaboratively with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure excellent patient experience
• Patients of all ages (Primarily Adults)

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree with an active North Carolina dental license
• Experience in endodontics, oral surgery, and implants is a plus
• Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach to care
• Willingness to participate in emergency care on an as-needed basis
• New graduates are welcome to apply
