Blue Jay Dental is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist for a dentist-led group practice in Natchez, MS. This opportunity is open to both experienced dentists and strong new grads looking for mentorship, autonomy, and long-term growth.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $200K guarantee or 30% of production (whichever is greater)
• 30% production in year two
• $15K sign-on bonus
• Full benefits + malpractice, DEA, and dues covered
• $2,500 CE allowance + in-house CE

Location:

Natchez, MS – Southwest Mississippi along the Mississippi River

• North: Jackson, MS – ~90 miles
• South: Baton Rouge, LA – ~90 miles
• East: Brookhaven, MS – ~60 miles
• West: Alexandria, LA – ~85 miles

Requirements:

• DDS/DMD
• Mississippi license (or in process)
• CPR/BLS
• Strong communication and team mindset
