Known affectionately as "Wewa" by locals, this charming town is famous for its natural beauty, freshwater lakes, and world-renowned Tupelo honey. Located near Florida s Forgotten Coast, Wewahitchka offers a peaceful, small-town lifestyle perfect for those who love outdoor recreation and community-centered living.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: $180,000 - $215,000
• Health Insurance: Three medical plan options including an HSA plan with employer contributions
• Dental Insurance: Two Guardian PPO plan options with preventive care covered at 100%
• Vision Insurance: Annual exams, lenses, and frames with generous allowances

Responsibilities

• Monday to Friday (Part Time Will Be Considered)
• Perform comprehensive dental exams and diagnose oral health conditions
• Conduct various procedures, including fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals
• Develop and discuss personalized treatment plans with patients
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to health and safety regulations
• Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of dental tools and equipment
• Stay updated with advancements in dental technology and best practices

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Florida dental license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong proficiency in performing a variety of dental procedures
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to work independently as the solo provider in the practice
