Mohs Surgeon - $725k Base + up to 50% collections + $100k sign-on

The Role
Lead a high-demand Mohs service built for surgical throughput and outcomes. Everything you need ASC, Mohs lab, pathology, and support is under one roof so your time is spent where it matters: with patients.
You will:- Perform Mohs micrographic surgery with same-day closures
- Handle advanced reconstruction (flaps/grafts % of repairs)
- Collaborate closely with in-house pathology and ASC teams to optimize case flow
- See appropriate post-ops; pathway to full-time Mohs in 2 3 years
Schedule & Site
- FTE: 4 or 5 days/week
- Primary: Rogers-area flagship (short hop to Fayetteville)
- ASC access: Reliable block time; rapid stage-to-closure cycles
- Hospitals/Call: Consulting privileges; very light call
Compensation Structure (clear & transparent)
- Base: $580k (4d) or $700k $725k (5d)
- Year 1: 50% of (Net Collections 2.5 Base) above threshold
- Year 2: 45% to $1,000,000; 50% over $1,000,000
- Sign-on: Up to $100,000 (3-year pro-rata clawback at 8.5%)
- Malpractice: Claims-made; tail not provided if departing (sign-on may be used at your discretion, including tail)
- Ownership (Mohs only): Buy-in up to 49% of practice + new ASC after 2 years (with targets)
Qualifications
- ACMS fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon (strongly preferred)
- Will consider an experienced dermatologist without fellowship who routinely performs flaps/grafts
- Eligible for Arkansas licensure (or in process)
- Patient-first, team-oriented, efficient in high-volume surgical settings
