A partner hospital in Naples, FL is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This clinic is dedicated to providing exceptional care in a state-of-the-art, 10,000 sq ft facility. Located in a community known for its beautiful white-sand beaches and excellent opportunities for fishing and boating, this practice offers a great work-life balance. The hospital is AAHA-accredited, Fear Free Certified, and Feline Friendly, equipped with advanced diagnostic tools such as digital radiographs, digital dental radiographs, ultrasound, and cold/therapy laser.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate care to patients using a relationship-based approach with clients
• Collaborate effectively with the clinical team and leadership to enhance the practice’s quality of care
• Develop and maintain strong relationships within the practice and the local Naples community
• Support the development of support staff through the internal LevelUp training program
• Manage a varied caseload, including surgeries and appointments during operating hours
• Perform diagnostic tests, surgeries, and other medical procedures, while maintaining detailed patient records
• Educate clients on their pets' health and treatment plans

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

• DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
• Active, valid license to practice veterinary medicine in Florida (or the ability to obtain licensure)
• At least 2-5 years of experience working as an Associate Veterinarian
• Strong clinical and surgical skills with a passion for providing high-quality care to animals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
