A partner hospital in Brandon, FL is seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Veterinarian to join their dedicated team. • Medical Care: Provide comprehensive medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgery for a variety of animals

• Surgical & Procedural Care: Perform surgeries and medical procedures to address patients' needs

• Team Leadership: Manage and lead the veterinary team, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality care

• Treatment Plans: Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each patient

• Client Education: Educate clients on pet care, treatment options, and preventive care

• Collaboration: Work closely with the practice manager and leadership team to align goals and maintain the hospital’s high standards of care

🎓 Qualifications:

• DVM (or equivalent) degree from an AVMA-accredited college

• At least 5 years of veterinary experience with a focus on hands-on clinical skills

• Strong clinical skills in diagnosing, treating, and performing surgeries

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both clients and staff

• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting

• Active Florida license in good standing (or ability to obtain)
