Emergency Medicine Physician

Medstaff is participating with a long term Emergency Medicine contract bid for the VAMC in San Diego, CA.

• Looking for Board Certified Emergency Medicine physicians, with recent Emergency Medicine experience
• Allows any US state license, requires DEA, NPI, AHA BLS, ACLS and a clean background
• 12-hour shifts vary to include days, nights and weekends
• Multiple physicians are needed, minimum 5 shifts per month, caring for veterans
• Must have computer skills; experience with Vetpro is a plus
• Prefer physicians within commuting distance
• Target start is Nov 2025 and will be based on time for award, acceptance and credentialing
• Contract will go through Oct 2026, plus possible extensions through Oct 2030
