Physician Assistant (PA) to join its Emergency Medicine team on a locum tenens basis. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality care in a collaborative environment, with both
day and night shifts available. Care will be delivered in a hospital setting and may include telehealth (phone, video, or email) when appropriate. This is an ideal opportunity for a PA who values

- Independently manage patient care in the emergency department.
- Perform comprehensive histories, physical exams, and review diagnostic data.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
- Communicate findings, diagnoses, and plans with patients, families, and the care team.
- Assist collaborating physicians in managing inpatients when necessary.
- Support continuity and coordination of care through appropriate documentation and follow-up.
- Maintain compliance with hospital standards, EMR protocols, and regulatory documentation.Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment.
- Excellent communication with patients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with EMR systems and proper charting protocols (Epic or similar).
- Must maintain regular on-site attendance and be willing to float if needed.
