Job Title: Locum - Physician - Emergency Medicine

The facility handles an annual volume of 24,500-25,500 patients, averaging 55-60 patients daily. Shifts are available during the day and night, catering to diverse schedules and needs. You will be working in a facility equipped with 17 beds, ensuring you have the resources you need to deliver excellent care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients.
• Work a minimum of 5+ shifts per month, including nights and weekends.
• Utilize MediTech EMR for efficient patient management.
• Collaborate closely with other medical staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in transfer processes with various locations as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to best practices.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in emergency medicine.
• Ability to handle high patient volumes effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Must hold an active Ohio state medical license; IMLC accepted with proof of LOQ.
• Valid ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications are required.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required.
• Clean background check is mandatory.
