• 7 on/7 off schedule 8am - 6pm with nightly phone call
• 12 - 15 patients per day with NP support
• Child/adolescent inpatient psychiatry unit
• NP handles majority of census MD signs 10% of notes
• Phone call coverage with rare callbacks
• Average length of stay is 7 days
• Patient population ages 5 and up
• Alternating schedule with another provider
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage

• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
