Dignity Health Medical Group Northridge, a member of CommonSpirit Health, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our full-time Core Faculty team at Northridge Hospital Medical Center. This is a unique opportunity to impact the next generation of physicians while maintaining a meaningful outpatient clinical practice.

Opportunity Highlights

  • Serve as core faculty in a well-established, ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program
  • 70% academic / 30% outpatient clinical role, with patient care provided through DHMG Northridge Medical Group
  • Lead and participate in resident education, clinical precepting, didactics, curriculum development, and scholarly activity
  • Collaborate with a dynamic, mission-driven faculty team in resident recruitment, evaluation, mentorship, and continuous program improvement

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary, sign on and relocation assistance
    • Salary Range: $280,000 - 303,000 annually
    • Sign on Bonus up to $125k
    • Relocation Assistance up to $20k

Qualifications
  • MD/DO
  • Completion of an ACGME accredited Family Medicine residency program
  • BC in Family Medicine (FM)
  • Must possess or have an ability to obtain an unrestricted California medical license prior to employment
  • Previous experience as a Faculty Family Medicine Physician is strongly preferred.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in word processing and communication software.
  • Knowledge of clinical practice laws, ethics, and ACGME requirements for graduate medical education.
  • Familiarity with ACGME requirements, ABFM standards, and California licensure regulations.
