ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

Heartline Staffing is representing an academic-affiliated healthcare organization in Syracuse, New York seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to serve in a dual clinical and Core Faculty capacity.

This position offers a structured 60% outpatient Family Medicine / 40% Core Faculty residency role within an established training program. Physicians will provide comprehensive primary care while actively teaching and mentoring residents in a collaborative academic environment.

PRACTICE MODEL

• 60% Outpatient Family Medicine
• 40% Core Faculty – Residency Program
• Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm
• No Nights
• No Weekends
• Provide comprehensive primary care services
• Teach and mentor Family Medicine residents
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Midwives
• Participate in academic committees and program development

REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Active or Eligible for New York Medical Licensure
• Commitment to Academic Medicine and Resident Education
