This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
- Patients Per Day: 12-16
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Scope: Primary Care
- State Licensure: Any Unrestricted State License and Active State Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
- Responsibility for Advanced Practitioners: No
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 Days
