- Worksite Setting: Urgent Care
- Scope of Work: Basic urgent care duties and responsibilities seeing patients of all ages.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CO license, BLS, DEA, and credentialing with CO Medicaid and Medicare. Provider must be able to splint/suture.
- EMR: CharmHealth
- Pay Rate Preferred: $75-$80 per hour + mileage
