Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a primary care/family practice team in Los Banos, CA. This position is open to new graduates as well as experienced providers looking to contribute to a community-based healthcare practice.

As a Primary Care NP/PA, you will provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, including physical exams, diagnosis, treatment plans, and preventative care. You will collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes and maintain a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments, physical exams, and health history reviews

• Develop and implement treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions

• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed

• Provide education on health management and preventive care

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Qualifications:

• Current NP or PA licensure in California (or pending)

• Open to new graduates or experienced professionals

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Compensation:

• Hourly rate of $65 - $70 plus potential incentives based on performance.
