Family Physician

Title: Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)

Locations: Raymond & Chehalis, WA

Job Type: Temporary | Approximately 60 Days & Full time | Permanent

Start Date: Chehalis – Mid-November 2026 | Raymond – January 2027

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Evaluate patients, prescribe medications, and coordinate treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and review diagnostic results.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and coordinate referrals.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited residency program.
• Board certification as required by the facility.
• Active, unrestricted Washington medical license.
• Minimum 2 years of post-residency clinical experience.
• Required DSHS number and successful background check.
• NextGen EHR experience preferred.
