  • Start Date: As soon as Credentialed
  • Gender Affirming Care & MAT care is something that may need to be performed and ensure they are comfortable with providing that care.
  • Provide comprehensive primary care
  • Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
  • Manage urgent and emergent health concerns
Requirements:
  • Active CO license (MD or DO)
  • BC/BE
  • DEA registration
  • 2+ years of primary care/internal medicine/family medicine/complex care experience
