TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking a FNP or PA for coverage LOCUM position in Stowe, VT for Residential substance abuse Facility with our DIRECT client.
Job Type: Locum to Permanent

Provider Requirements
FNP or PA
Must have an ACTIVE VT license and 2+ years of experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care experience in Addiction treatment would be preferred, but is not required
• Start Date: September 2, 2026
• Shift Details: 4-5 days per week- days flexible including weekends, some (not all) remote schedule possible once onboarded
• Expected Schedule: 8:30-4:30 am 5pm. Call rotation starts at 5p. Call on working days only
• Length of Assignment (if locums): 13 weeks then will consider transition to a permanent position
• Is Telehealth Involved? Possible

• Average Daily Patient Volume: max 8 patients per day
• Age Range Treated: Adults Only
• Support Staff Available: Directors, 24-hour nursing care, PMHNP
• Work Style: Team-Based
• Call Responsibilities: Yes, 3 days per week telephone call
• Weekend or Holiday Rotation: Yes
