Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting August 18-February 20, 2026 at their Corporate Health/Occupational Medicine clinics in Stratford and Bridgeport, CT. Provider will see employees (8-10 per day on average) for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and Occupational Health needs. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with a 60-minute break, but hours may vary depending on provider and availability. Provider will work at 2 clinics located 16 miles apart, primarily on Wednesdays; schedule to be determined. Candidates must have 2+ years of clinical experience, preferably in a Primary Care specialty, to be considered for this assignment. EPIC experience is preferred.
