• Average Number of Patients Per Day: Operate on 2/day; round on 5-12 patients/day (ICU and floor); includes consults
• Schedule: Weekday, weekend, and night call coverage needed (varied shifts)
• Documentation System/EMR: Cerner
• Trauma Level/Designation: None
• Will You Accept Providers Needing to Obtain State License? No
• Schedule
  • Weekday is Monday - Friday - 8 to 10-hour days in-house
  • Night call would start 6 pm - 6 am.
  • Weekend call Friday at 6pm thru Mon 6am - call and rounding from 7am-12pm Saturday and Sunday
• Required Procedures:
  • Retrieval of Vascular Tissues for Use as a Bypass Conduit
  • Endoscopic Retrieval
  • Chest Tube Insertions
  • First Assist in OR for Cardiac Surgery
• Required Duties:
  • Rounding
  • Coordination of Care
  • Assist in Surgery
  • Diagnose and Treat Illnesses
  • Order and Interpret Tests
  • Write Prescriptions
  • Suture Removal
