Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

We're seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) who is adaptable, compassionate, and excited to be part of a supportive team committed to quality care.

• Outpatient only - no hospital responsibilities
• Diverse patient panel - pediatrics through geriatrics
• Realistic daily volume: 11-14 patients per shift (target up to 25)
• Monday-Friday schedule - no weekends or in-clinic holiday coverage
• Phone call coverage only, shared one week/month

• Active California PA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience with both pediatric and adult populations preferred
• Open to well-rounded new graduates with strong clinical training
• A strong communicator and collaborative team player

• CME: 40 hours off + $2,500 annual allowance
• Malpractice coverage included under group policy
• Sign-on bonus negotiable based on experience
