- As a primary care nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) on our team
- If you live near Durango, Colorado, outside of Farmington, New Mexico, and are ready to shape your practice and enjoy a career that prioritizes both your professional growth and personal well-being, this is the perfect opportunity for you
- Flexible full-time 3.5-5 day/week schedule
- Post-acute care inpatient setting
- On-call during the day Monday through Friday
- Deliver comprehensive primary care
- Manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop personalized care plans
- New or experienced clinicians
- FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA
- Active New Mexico NP/PA license
- Active DEA preferred but not required
