Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate FamilyMedicine Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our team in Berlin, NH. The Patientpopulation ranges from pediatric through geriatric, with a high elderlypopulation. Expected patient load is18-24 patients per day.

Work schedule consists of 36 patient hours with 4 hoursof administrative time; no call required

Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Master's degree
• Special Examinations/Certificates: Board Certified
• Years of Work Experience: 2 years in practice in outpatient primary care
