  • Patient Load: 12-16 patients per day
  • Population: Adult only
  • Schedule:
    • 3 days/week required
    • Preferred days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (flexible if needed)
  • Support Staff:
    • 1:1 MA per physician
    • 1 Nurse Practitioner on-site
    • In-House Services:
      • Lab: Yes
      • Radiology: No
      • Procedure Rooms: 2 (minor procedures only)
      • EMR: AthenaCredentialing Requirements
        • Board Certified or Board Eligible - Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
        • Michigan Medical License - Required
        • Michigan DEA - Required
        • ACLS & BLS (via AHA) - Required
        • New Grads Accepted: Yes, if Board Eligible
