Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Opportunity Overview:

• Working in the town of Canon City, CO
• 15 -20 patients per day
• This is a part-time position
• Position: physician
• Compensation and Benefits: Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated income range of $60,000 to $100,000 annually with no cap on productivity bonus income potential.

Responsibilities:

• Part-time medical director leadership
• Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in post-acute care communities
• Inpatient rounding in skilled nursing facility, inpatient rehabilitation facility, and long-term care hospital
• Collaborate with other clinician interdisciplinary teams and follow CMS guidelines
• Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safe patient transitions
• Ensure timely documentation and billing through our EMR (Gehrimed) meeting Medicare guidelines

Qualifications:

• Board certified internist of family medicine or emergency medicine
• Willing to train experienced candidates as well
• Licensed in state
