Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages
  • Maintain a 40-hour work week with 34 hours of direct patient contact
  • Participate in a light on-call schedule with phone-only coverage and RN triage
  • Collaborate with APPs, with potential for increased compensation
  • Engage in teaching opportunities with medical and NP/PA students
  • Utilize the EPIC EMR system for all patient documentation and records
  • See an average of patients per day
  • Ensure compliance with all required certifications and licensure
Compensation and Benefits:

State License Requirements:
  • Active New York (NY) License (or willing to obtain)
Mandated Requirements:
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine (within 5 years or eligibility and working toward BC)

  • DEA and ACLS certifications by start date
  • Clean malpractice and licensing history (NO EXEMPTIONS)
  • Strong interest in the provision of primary care for all age groups
