Job Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages
- Maintain a 40-hour work week with 34 hours of direct patient contact
- Participate in a light on-call schedule with phone-only coverage and RN triage
- Collaborate with APPs, with potential for increased compensation
- Engage in teaching opportunities with medical and NP/PA students
- Utilize the EPIC EMR system for all patient documentation and records
- See an average of patients per day
- Ensure compliance with all required certifications and licensure
Compensation and Benefits: - Starting bonus of up to $75,000 paid in the first paycheck

State License Requirements:
- Active New York (NY) License (or willing to obtain)
Mandated Requirements:
- Board Certification in Family Medicine (within 5 years or eligibility and working toward BC)

- DEA and ACLS certifications by start date
- Clean malpractice and licensing history (NO EXEMPTIONS)
- Strong interest in the provision of primary care for all age groups
