- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible family medicine physician
- ASAP start
- 2 month assignment with the possibility of an extension
- Reason for need: growth
- FQHC Setting
- Must see all ages
- See about 18 patients per day
- Ability to work 3-5 days per week, as desired
- Hours are Monday-Friday, mostly 8:30a-5:30p
- Limited after hours call
- You'd work with physicians and NPs
- You'd give direction to NPs, but not formally supervise
- EMR: NextGen

- Credentialing takes four weeks
